Disk Cache

YouTube audio is cached for zero-bandwidth replays. Files older than 7 days are cleaned up automatically.

Uniform Loudness

Spotify, YouTube and local MP3s are normalized to one target level, so there are no volume spikes between tracks.

Live Audio FX

Speed, master volume and a crossfade slider update instantly over WebSockets, with a 128 / 256 / 320 kbps selector.

Uninterrupted Playback

Deafen and mute statuses are ignored. The bot only leaves when the voice channel is completely empty.

Local MP3 Library

A watched folder is auto-indexed in real time, reading ID3 title, artist and cover art into a local database.

Universal Link Resolver

Apple Music and SoundCloud links are converted to YouTube or Spotify equivalents, with confirmation before adding.

Custom Playlists

Mix local, YouTube and Spotify tracks in one playlist, saved as lightweight .json manifests.

Self-Healing Queue

Region-blocked or deleted tracks are skipped with a dashboard notice, and the audio engine never stops.

Discord Protocol

One console. Zero chat spam.

/join posts a persistent embed that updates its playback time in place. It never re-posts when chat pushes it up. Every basic command and reply auto-deletes after 30 seconds, and the bot's activity status always reads "Listening to: [Track Name]".

/play /join /skip /pause /loop /nowplaying /leave

/play offers a Top 5 dropdown to pick from. /nowplaying shows title, artist, album, cover art and a clickable link.
